Delivery

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All our products are free delivery in Australia Domestic. However, International postage cost will be charged to customers.

*We are proud to provide FREE SHIPPING Australia Wide. *Shipment will be going out THE DAY OR NEXT DAY the payment received, normally; it will always be processed in no more than ONE business day.
*Depending on the item and size, shipping will be either via Australia Post eParcel or by a range of high quality couriers such as Toll, Fastway etc. Large bag might be sent via courier and therefore cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

 RETURNS AND COLLECTIONS

Returning goods if they are faulty our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know straight away to customerservice@hardiebear.com.au or visit our store: 1223 Canterbury Road Punchbowl NSW 2196. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.
This section applies to the return of all goods, regardless of whether they are faulty or you change your mind or need a different size. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us except the products is faulty or defect when you receive. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error.
